presents

This is it folks, the premiere of our first ever hackathon event! The theme centers around Shadeup, a tool that was created by Jeremy, an esteemed and talented member of our community. Typically shaders are complicated to write and involve a lot of repetitive boilerplate code, but Shadeup removes that from the experience and obvuscates away the complexity so users can focus on creating rather than writing boilerplate. Jeremy can be reached via his website at jrmy.dev and on our discord server.

Rules & Parameters

While using Shader is not considered a requirement for this hackathon experience, it is encouraged to check it out and draw from as a source of inspiration and creativity for your project. You are welcome to build whatever idea you want. There are no specific parameters for this round as it is our first run at a hackathon and is intended to be a learning experience for all. You are free to build whatever you like, whether it's a brand new idea from scratch or an existing project. If submitting an existing project then you are required to disclose it as a caveat.

Schedule

The sessions for the optional check-ins can be accessed from the Hacktivate meetup page.
